Quality
Control:
All raw materials and manufactured goods
(fibers, yarns, greige cloth, fabrics and ready-made garments) are kept
under international quality control procedures.
The visual inspection of greige and finished
fabrics is conducted according to the 4-point (Demerit Point) system.
The Physics Laboratory (Tester 4), where fibers and yarns are
inspected, boasts the most advanced technology. All the dyestuffs and
chemicals are inspected at the Chemistry Laboratory in the
printing-dyeing-finishing plant. During all phases of production samples
are collected and tested at the Quality Assurance Laboratory for
compliance with international acceptance criteria.
An AQL 4.0 system is used for the finished
products in the garment unit.
As well as in the quality of products and
services, Çukurova Textiles is sensitive to environmental and health
issues with ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate, AQAP-120 Industrial
Quality Assurance Level Certificate and ÖKO-TEX Standard 100
Certificate.
